Kathmandu: Foton Motors Nepal successfully inaugurated its new showroom in Itahari on Chaitra 15. This expansion was part of the company’s continued effort
to strengthen its presence across Nepal and make its products and services more accessible to customers in the eastern region. With Itahari serving as a key commercial hub, the new showroom catered to customers from Sunsari, Morang, and nearby districts, bringing Foton closer to its growing customer base. The newly launched showroom was designed as a complete 3S facility, ensuring that customers could access vehicle sales, after-sales service, and genuine spare parts all under one roof in Itahari. This integrated approach aimed to enhance convenience, reduce service time, and deliver a seamless ownership experience for Foton customers in the region. 
Alongside the showroom inauguration, a dedicated Customer Meet was also organized to directly engage with both existing and potential Foton users. The session provided a platform
for open interaction, where customers shared their experiences, expectations, and suggestions. The initiative reflected the company’s focus on listening first, understanding real needs, and
continuously improving its services based on genuine feedback. Foton Motors Nepal emphasized that customer input would play a key role in shaping its future strategies, especially in enhancing after-sales service and overall ownership experience. In addition to expanding its physical presence, Foton also continued investing in infrastructure to support vehicle owners. The CCS2-type DC fast-charging network had grown to over 166
locations across the country and was continuing to expand. This development made electric vehicle ownership more convenient and reliable, reducing range anxiety and improving
accessibility for users nationwide. With the successful inauguration of the Itahari showroom and the Customer Meet, Foton reinforced its core message: it is now closer to its customers, values their feedback, and remains committed to delivering quality, reliability, and trust.
